Our technicians might ask you to activate remote control. This is done by pressing the icon matching your operating system to the right. You might be asked to approve the process – and you will ultimately be presented with a 9-digit code and a password which our technician will prompt for. He will then be able to view your screen and possibly take temporary control. If you already know that the technician should/want to have access, then please have the 9-digit code and password ready when you call. With this, the technician will save time and can help you right away.
